2. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through the webshop of Stefan van Pijkeren.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.

3. Products

We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, size, or appearance may occur.

All products are subject to availability.

4. Prices

All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.

Shipping costs are shown separately before completing the order.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price shown at the time of ordering is the applicable price.

5. Orders and Payment

An agreement is concluded once the customer receives an order confirmation by email.

Payment must be completed using the available payment methods in the webshop.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or other irregularities.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed as quickly as possible after payment is received.

Estimated delivery times are indicated on the website but are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or other third parties.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the product, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify us in writing within the withdrawal period.

The product must be returned unused and in its original condition and packaging.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned product.

Shipping costs for returning products are at the customer’s expense unless otherwise agreed.

8. Returns and Complaints

If a product is defective or damaged upon delivery, the customer must notify us within 7 days of receipt.

Complaints can be submitted via email. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or consequential damages, unless caused by intent or gross negligence.

10. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (including GDPR).

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.

Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
